Crocs Club Loyalty Program FAQs

The following is a summary only of the Crocs Club loyalty program. See the Program Rules for further information regarding the Crocs Club loyalty program, including terms and conditions of the program, and rewards and benefits in the program. The Crocs Club loyalty program is subject in all respects to the Program Rules, and the Program Rules control if there is any conflict with these FAQs.

Who is eligible to participate in the Crocs Club loyalty program?

In order to enroll as a member of the Crocs Club loyalty program, at the time you enroll, you must be a legal resident of the United States (including the District of Columbia) or Puerto Rico who is at least thirteen (13) years of age, and have an active email address.

How do I join the Crocs Club loyalty program?

Join the Crocs Club loyalty program by registering online at www.crocs.com/CrocsClub. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email, and you will then be eligible to start participating in the Program, including earning points towards rewards, and receiving special Crocs Club loyalty program offers. Program membership is part of a promotional program, has no cash value, and is not a gift card or a credit card.

Why is my Crocs Club loyalty program email address important?

The email address you use to register for the Crocs Club loyalty program will also be used by you as your program identification when participating in the program, including making purchases to earn points in the program, and redeeming program rewards and offers. Your registered email address is also the address to which we will send certain program information, offers, rewards and benefits.

How do I change my Crocs Club loyalty program profile or email address?

To change your profile information, visit www.crocs.com/CrocsClub and follow the update instructions.

Do I need a physical card to be a member of the Crocs Club loyalty program?

No. The Crocs Club loyalty program is "cardless." The email address you use to register for the Crocs Club loyalty program will also be used by you as your program identification when participating in the program, including making purchases to earn points in the program, and redeeming program rewards and offers.

I am a member of other Crocs email and promotional programs, does that make me a Crocs Club loyalty program member?

No. In order to enjoy the perks of the Crocs Club loyalty program, you will need to separately register as a Crocs Club loyalty program member. You can join the Crocs Club loyalty program by registering online at www.crocs.com/CrocsClub. While you can remain a member of Crocs’ other promotional programs for which you have separately registered without joining the Crocs Club loyalty program, you will not be able to earn or redeem offers that are specific to the Crocs Club loyalty program.

How do I register and log in online for the Crocs Club loyalty program?

Visit www.crocs.com/CrocsClub to first register and then log in to your account. When you first register for the program, you will be required to provide an active email address and to create a password for your membership. Once you have registered, use your program email address and password to log on to your account at www.crocs.com/CrocsClub.

Are kids eligible to participate in the Crocs Club loyalty program?

Yes, but only if you are 13 or older.

Can one family share the same Crocs Club loyalty program membership?

No. Each eligible member of the Crocs Club loyalty program must have his or her own individual membership.

What are the rewards and benefits I can get by being a Crocs Club loyalty program member?

Currently, you may earn a "Frequent Purchaser Reward" in the Crocs Club loyalty program by making eligible purchases online at the Crocs website at www.crocs.com or at participating Crocs retail locations. A Frequent Purchaser Reward is sent to you by Crocs in the form of a Crocs reward code with a value of up to $15 for your next purchase that is at least $50 (merchandise purchase value only) online at www.crocs.com or at participating Crocs retail and outlet locations.

Other special promotional offers in the Crocs Club loyalty program (including other rewards and benefits) may from time to time be communicated to you by us in a manner that we determine.

What is a Frequent Purchaser Reward?

A Frequent Purchaser Reward is a reward that recognizes your loyalty to Crocs by your purchases from Crocs. The Frequent Purchaser Reward is currently $15.00USD as based on the amount of eligible purchases you make during a 6 month Crocs Club loyalty program period and the corresponding number of Frequent Purchaser Reward points you accumulate during the same 6 month period.

How do I earn a Frequent Purchaser Reward?

You earn a Frequent Purchaser Reward by logging on as a program member at the time of making purchases online at the Crocs website at www.crocs.com, or by providing your program email address to a sales associate at the time of making payment for purchases at participating Crocs retail locations. Your eligible purchases during a Crocs Club loyalty program period will earn you points towards a Frequent Purchaser Reward for purchases during that loyalty program period. A loyalty program period is a 6 month period during the year (January 1 – June 30 and July 1 – December 31).

How do I know when I have earned Frequent Purchaser Reward points and a Frequent Purchaser Reward?

You can track points you have earned for the current Crocs Club loyalty program period toward your Frequent Purchaser Reward by logging into your program account at www.crocs.com/CrocsClub. Note that there is at least a 72 hour delay in posting points associated with eligible program purchases. Additionally, sales associates in participating Crocs retail locations will, upon request, check your Frequent Purchaser Reward points balance for the current program period and any recent qualifying transactions made with respect to your program membership.

You will receive notification of the Frequent Purchaser Reward you have earned for a Crocs Club loyalty program period by email notification from us sent to the email address you use to register for the program.

How do I earn Frequent Purchaser Reward points?

Eligible purchases which qualify for earning points for the Frequent Purchaser Reward are any merchandise purchases made and fully paid for by a member at the Crocs website at www.crocs.com or at participating Crocs retail locations during a loyalty program period. For each $1.00USD of an eligible purchase, a member will earn 1 point for the Frequent Purchaser Reward. Purchases on certain dates that we notify you about will be eligible for double and triple points. Double points and triple points may also have additional terms and conditions (for example, points may only be earned with respect to purchases of certain styles of shoes or only if a certain amount is spent on a certain style of shoe, etc.). Points for retail purchases at Crocs retail locations in California and Massachusetts are not automatically posted to your program account, and in order to receive credit for such purchases you must enter your transaction information from your receipt into your program account at www.crocs.com/CrocsClub.

What are the Frequent Purchaser Reward points and rewards levels?

Based on your eligible purchases and points earned during a loyalty program period, you will earn the following Frequent Purchaser Reward. The maximum Frequent Purchaser Reward that can be earned by a member during a loyalty program period is $15.

*Even if a member earns more than 100 points in a Program Period, the maximum Frequent Purchaser Reward for such Program Period that will be issued to the member is $15.

When will Frequent Purchaser Rewards be issued?

Frequent Purchaser Rewards will be issued by Crocs approximately 15 days after the end of a Crocs Club loyalty program period regarding eligible purchases and points earned by a member in such Program Period.

How will Frequent Purchaser Rewards be issued?

Frequent Purchaser Rewards will be issued in the form of a Crocs reward code which will be sent by Crocs or its designee by email to the member’s Crocs Club loyalty program email address.

What are the restrictions on Frequent Purchaser Rewards?

There is a limit of 1 Frequent Purchaser Reward per member per Crocs Club loyalty program period. Frequent Purchaser Rewards expire 60 days from the date of issuance. Frequent Purchaser Rewards may be used 1 time only in a single eligible transaction (which requires a purchase of at least $50 of merchandise). Any unused portion of a Frequent Purchaser Reward is forfeited. Frequent Purchaser Rewards cannot be used for gift card purchases or applied to a prior purchase. Additional terms, conditions, limitations, and restrictions may apply to Frequent Purchaser Rewards (and the Crocs Club reward code representing the Frequent Purchaser Reward), as described on the reward code or communication from us transmitting the reward code.

How do I redeem my Frequent Purchaser Reward?

Frequent Purchaser Rewards may be redeemed for merchandise purchases only, and only online at www.crocs.com or at participating Crocs retail or outlet locations. Provide your Frequent Purchaser Reward code online at www.crocs.com or to a sales associate at the time of purchase when prompted or asked in connection with the redemption of your Frequent Purchaser Reward. Frequent Purchaser Rewards may only be redeemed while the reward code is valid and unexpired, and may only be used in a single eligible transaction where the aggregate purchase price of all eligible purchased merchandise (excluding taxes, shipping and other fees, costs or assessments) is at least $50. For example, if the purchase price of all merchandise in a single transaction for which a reward code for a Frequent Purchaser Reward may be used is $75, the full amount of the reward code ($15) may be used reducing the merchandise purchase price to $60, on which taxes, shipping and other costs and fees, and the availability of additional applicable offers (e.g., shipping discounts), would be based and applied.

How long do I have to redeem my Frequent Purchaser Reward?

You have 60 days from the date of issuance of a Frequent Purchaser Reward to redeem the reward. After the 60 days, your Frequent Purchaser Reward will expire.

How do I know when I have been given or earned other rewards and benefits in the Crocs Club loyalty program?

Other special promotional offers in the Crocs Club loyalty program (including rewards and benefits) may from time to time be communicated to you by us in a manner as we determine, which may, but is not required to, include an email to your Crocs Club loyalty program registered email address and/or posting on your Crocs Club loyalty program membership account page.

How do I earn and use other rewards and benefits in the Crocs Club loyalty program, and are there any requirements or restrictions?

All Crocs Club loyalty program rewards and benefits, and the terms and conditions of each reward and benefit, are determined by Crocs. Each specific reward and benefit may have different terms and conditions, including requirements regarding how to earn the reward, how to redeem the reward, expiration of the reward, and other terms and conditions applicable to the reward. Requirements for earning a reward may include requirements such as, without limitation, number of visits online or to a participating location with an eligible purchase, types of eligible purchases, eligible purchase amounts, as well as other requirements predetermined by us for specific rewards.

Can I combine my Crocs Club loyalty program rewards?

Frequent Purchaser Rewards may be combined with any other eligible offer, coupon or promotion (other than another Frequent Purchaser Reward), subject to the terms and conditions of such other offer, coupon or promotion. Unless we expressly provide otherwise, all other promotional offers received through the Crocs Club loyalty program, including other rewards and benefits, may NOT be combined with any other offer, coupon or promotion, including any other promotional offers received by a member through the Crocs Club loyalty program.

Can one transaction have more than one Frequent Purchaser Reward applied to the transaction?

No, only 1 Frequent Purchaser Reward may be redeemed in a transaction.

If I forgot to provide my Crocs Club loyalty program email identification when I was making an online or in store purchase, can I still receive credit for my purchase?

Yes. Any claim for purchases not credited accurately must be received by us within 30 days of the date of the claimed purchase. We reserve the right to require proof of purchase. No credit will be given to a member for purchases prior to the member registering for and being accepted to the Crocs Club loyalty program. Note that there is at least a 72 hour delay in posting points associated with eligible program purchases.

Can my Crocs Club loyalty program membership be loaded with money like a gift card?

No. Crocs Club loyalty program memberships are not gift cards or credit cards, and have no cash value. Memberships can only be used for earning and redeeming rewards that are a part of the Crocs Club loyalty program.

How do you use my personal information?

We use the information you provide us in the manner described in our Privacy Policy.

Who can I contact if I have more questions about my Crocs Club loyalty program membership?

Can I cancel my membership in the Crocs Club loyalty program?

Yes. If you decide for whatever reason to no longer participate in the Crocs Club loyalty program, simply Contact Us here and we'll remove you from the program and email listing. As soon as you cancel your membership and account, all points, rewards and benefits associated with your membership will be cancelled and forfeited. You can rejoin at any time; however, you cannot join the program more than once during any 12 month period.

Can you change or cancel the Crocs Club loyalty program?

Yes. We may change the Program Rules; change, add, or eliminate Crocs Club loyalty program rewards or benefits, or participating locations; or change or end the program or any feature of the program; in whole or in part, at any time, and without notice or compensation, even though such actions may affect rewards or benefits in the program or your participation in the program.
