Comfort for All People - Crocs

Being Comfortable In Your Shoes

At Crocs we believe in creating Comfort for All People and inviting everybody to Come As You Are™. Our diverse workforce is a source of collective strength for how we show up in the world. Every one-of-a-kind out there deserves to feel an authentic sense of belonging at home, at work, and in our communities.

Come As You Are™

Come As You Are is our proclamation to the world and an invitation for everyone to be comfortable in their own shoes. It’s embedded in our culture and in everything we do. We celebrate one-of-a-kinds and we stand together with all different kinds. Together, we can create a world where all people can be truly comfortable in their own shoes.

It Starts With Our People

We celebrate the uniqueness of our workforce through people-centered policies and practices and are working hard to foster an inclusive workplace that is delightfully democratic and comfortable for everyone.

Representation Matters

We live for our fans, a beautifully diverse tapestry of one-of-a-kinds from every corner of the world. Across our campaigns, collaborations, and marketing, we are thoughtful about where, when, and how we use language and imagery, in order to celebrate uniqueness and contribute to a more inclusive and representative culture.

Collaborating To Make Positive Change

Change happens meaningfully when we act together. That’s why we collaborate with other brands and businesses through memberships like Open to All on advancing inclusion across retail. We have also signed the Mitigate Racial Bias in Retail Charter to take action on creating retail environments in which everyone feels welcome.

Partnering To Enable Inclusive Spaces

We support the work of high-impact nonprofits who share our ambition. Our partners advance inclusivity across a range of issues in the US and globally. They include:

* Special Olympics, Inc., championing the acceptance of all people through leadership training.

* United Nations Foundation’s Girls and Women Strategy, protecting and promoting gender equality globally.

* GLAAD, ensuring fair, accurate, and inclusive representation for LGBTQ people in media.
