To return your product for a refund, you will need to generate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number through www.crocs.com. Your RMA number must be generated within 60 days of your order date.
If your order was placed using your crocs.com account: Using your e-mail address and password, log in and select “Return an Item” under “My account” at the top of the screen. Select the order number which corresponds with the shoes you are returning. You will then be given step by step instructions on how to generate your RMA number.
If you order was placed as a guest shopper: Please click on the Customer Service link at the bottom of our home page, and enter your PO number (ex. 00012345CUS) and your last name under “Tracking my order”. This will bring up your order information, and will give the option “Start a Return for this item” on the right hand side of the screen. This will allow you to select the items you will be returning. You will then be given step by step instructions on how to generate your RMA number.
Once you have generated your RMA number, you will be able to place a new order. You will be charged for your new order, and we will process a refund for you once we have received your return. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles to receive your refund. If you have any further questions, please contact us at 1-866-306-3179 or iservices@crocs.com. It is important to keep your tracking number and RMA number for your records.
*Out of stock- If an item is out of stock, it has been cancelled from your order. You have not been charged, and this item will not ship out.
