Return Instructions

  • We want you to look good and feel good every time you shop with Crocs. If you’re not completely satisfied with a Crocs item, we’ll gladly take it back in its original, unworn condition with the receipt and within 45 days of shipment arrival.

    Return by mail:

    1. Visit the Return an Item page. Under Start a Return, enter your order number and last name and click start return.

    2. On the Order Details page, select start return in the right column. Check the items you wish to return and click continue.

    3. Follow the step-by-step instructions to authorize your return. When authorized, your RMA number will appear onscreen and will be delivered by email.

    4. Package your return with the packing slip inside and the return label outside (provided during the authorization process).

    5. Ship package within 14 days from any post office, Fedex, or UPS location to:

    Crocs does not cover return shipping costs. We recommend that you request a tracking code and shipping receipt. Crocs is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

    6. Receive your refund. Once we’ve inspected your return and determined it to be in its original, unworn condition and within the 45-day return period, we’ll issue your refund. Your refund should appear in your account’s next billing cycle.

    Return to Store:

    You may return your Crocs.com purchases for refund or exchange at official Crocs-owned retail stores and kiosks. (Retail partners such as sporting goods stores and department stores will not accept Crocs.com purchases for return.)

    1. Use the Store Locator to find an official Crocs location near you. Retail partners (red icons) will not accept purchases at Crocs.com or Crocs-owned stores and kiosks for return.
    2. Print your receipt/order confirmation. Check your email inbox for the receipt/order confirmation you received at the time of purchase. Or you can track your order using your order number and last name to find and print your order information.
    3. Bring the item you’re returning, printed receipt/order confirmation, and shipping documents to a Crocs store near you. An associate will be happy to help with your return.
