In His Own Words: Jesse Drennan (October Athlete of the Month)   Fury: Why do you play hockey? JD: I play hockey because it is my dream to play professional. I love the sport, and my family all played when they were my age. Fury: Do you have any ritual which you like to do before a game? JD: Not really. For warm up, I'll usually skate by the posts and hit them. Other than that, nothing really. Fury: Who are your favorite athletes to watch?  JD: My favorite athletes to watch would be Jason Spezza, Jarome Iginla, Sidney Crosby, and Daniel Brierre. Fury: What is your most painful hockey moment?  JD: My most painful hockey moment would have to be losing playoffs last year. We had an amazing team, but played horrible in that series. Fury: What is your favorite day-off from hockey activity?  JD: My favorite day off activity would have to be other sports, hanging with friends or just relaxing. Fury: What would you be doing if you didn’t play hockey? JD: If I wasn't playing hockey, I'd probably be playing soccer or swimming competitively.
