  • How do I care for my crocs shoes?

    Fit: to adjust your crocs, grasp the heel strap with both hands on either side of the “crocs” wording and gently stretch outwards from the middle until it retains the desired fit. For a customized fit that can be adjusted for any activity, use the crocs turbo strap.

    Clean: keep your crocs clean by rinsing them with cold water and soap, or to bring them back to their original luster, try crocsbutter.

    Heat: do not expose your crocs to extreme heat or intense sunlight for an extended period of time. Due to the unique nature of the croslite material, high temperatures can cause them to warp.

    Grip: crocs are known for their great grip but like any performance tire, when the tread becomes worn, their grip becomes compromised. That's when you know it's time to treat yourself to a new pair.

  • What is Croslite™?

    Croslite™, a proprietary Closed Cell Resin (PCCR) which is NOT plastic NOR rubber. Croslite™ is closed-cell in nature and anti-microbial, which virtually eliminates odor. it is an extraordinary impact absorbing resin material developed for maximum cushioning. its closed cell properties resist odor, inhibits bacterial and fungal growth and are non­toxic. This versatile material can be worn next to skin and be cleaned with just soap and water.

  • What is the warranty on Crocs footwear?

    The warranty for Crocs Footwear applies to defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of receipt of product. Upon return of defective merchandise to the proper address, it will be inspected, evaluated, replaced, returned or credited in a timely manner.

  • What is the return policy on Crocs products?

    To return product to Crocs Footwear, merchandise must have been purchased within the last 60 days. The product must be in its original, unworn condition unless the return is due to defects covered under the product warranty. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 60 days from the delivery date. Crocs Footwear is not responsible for customer size or color selection. We will refund your money or replace the original product with a different size and/or color if the return conditions are met. Refunds for merchandise purchased by credit card will be made only by credit issued to the original card. Crocs is not responsible for shipping charges for non-defective returned merchandise. Shipping and insurance charges will not be refunded.

    To return product for credit, the following procedures must be followed. Please note that no returns will be accepted without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

    1. Log into your Crocs account and proceed to the Create Sales Return button under the My Account field. Simply select the Sales Order, which item or items you will be returning, the reason for the return and the quantity of total items that will be returneded.
    2. You will then have the option of returning the shoes through a shipping method of your own choice or you may print a FedEx return label. Please note that if you choose the FedEx option that the cost of shipping the returned item will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be equivalent to our standard shipping cost.
    3. Should your return be the result of our error then please contact Crocs Customer Service at 303-848-7100 or toll-free at 1-866-306-3179 or via email at customerservice@crocs.com.
    4. Once an RA # has been obtained, please package the product in its original shipping box or a comparable, safe and sturdy shipping container.
    5. Please include a copy of your Sales Return Confirmation form within the package.
    6. Turn around time depends on product availability and shipping distance. Please expect 4-5 weeks to receive a return shipment via ground freight.
    7. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT OUR MAIN OFFICE ADDRESS!
  • What is the warranty and return policy on Crocs Sunglasses?

    Crocs warranties the sunglasses against breakage due to defects in material, and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty.

    If service is required, send the sunglasses with proof of date purchased, postage paid, and insured to:

    Please make sure you include a non-refundable processing fee of $15.00 with your sunglasses and your name, return address, and a brief description of the defect of damage.

  • Do you have Crocs for kids?

    Yes. Our kids sizing starts with C6/7, C8/9, C10/11, C12/13 and then M1/W3, M2/W4, M3/W5 and M4/W6. The letter C stands for Children's and M stands for Men's and W stands for women's. Our shoes are offered in unisex sizing.

  • How long does it take to receive an order?

    If the product you have purchased is in stock, your shipment should arrive within 10 business days from the day following the order date via Federal Express Home Delivery. Order tracking is available when purchasing product through our web cart.

  • Will Crocs replace a label, broken rivet, and/or strap?

    Yes! If you have a broken strap, broken rivet, or a missing label, contact Customer Service and give us the size, color and model of the strap or the quantity of rivets or labels. Include your shipping address and we'll ship you a new item at no charge. Click here to request rivets.

  • Where can I purchase Crocs?

    The shoes can be purchased at www.crocs.com or through a variety of individual dealers. The dealers can be located through our website according to state. Find a dealer near you!

  • Why name a shoe Crocs?

    We came up with the name Crocs because crocodiles are tough and strong animals with no natural predators. Crocodiles are equally good in land and water and live for a very long time, a great description of our Crocs shoes!

  • Will Crocs be offering products outside of the footwear line?

    Yes, we have recently launched some new apparel and accessory items and have plans to extend the Crocs brand with more Gear and Apparel. Keep an eye out for some great products launching this summer!

  • How did you come up with the idea of Crocs?

    On a Caribbean sailing trip from Islas Mujeres, Mexico to Miami, FL in May of 2002, three Boulder, CO natives began dreaming about the perfect boat shoe. They wanted a shoe that incorporated function, fashion, and fun, was slip-resistant and waterproof, didn't smell and would be the most comfortable shoe in existence.

  • When did you first launch the business?

    The shoes were brought to the Ft. Lauderdale boat show and every pair brought was sold. Over 1,000 pairs!

  • Who are your customers?

    Nurses, chefs, boaters- anyone that wants a pair of comfortable shoes. Fashionistas love the bold colors and the unique design is an expression of individuality. Kids of all ages love the feeling of walking on marshmallows. People with troubled feet and knees relish the comfortable support and ergonomic benefits. Beach goers and travelers enjoy the easy on-off and versatile wearing styles. It is quite amazing that one product is equally liked across all these categories and ages.   • Where are the shoes manufactured?

    Our wholly owned subsidiary, Foam Creations in Canada produces the majority of our shoes for North America. We also manufacture in China, Italy, Mexico and the U.S.

  • Why almost the cult following mentioned in the media?

    It can be speculated that this is because our shoes are different looking than anything else on the market to date. In addition, people who are wearing the Crocs feel an instant connection with other wearers. Adults and children point out the Crocs on other people's feet and take notice of the color and style.

  • Why are Crocs beneficial for my feet?

    Beyond being comfortable, the shoes have some features that make them especially good for feet. The shoes are designed with built in arch support, circulation nubs, and an orthotic heel cup to support and protect the heel. In addition, the Crocs are ventilated for cooling and filtering purposes, as well as slip and marking resistant.

  • What happens when the tread wears down on my Crocs?

    Just as the tread on a performance tire wears over time and loses its ability to grip the road, the tread on your Crocs shoes will wear as well. When it does, the slip-resistant nature of your Crocs will be compromised. So when the treads are worn, treat your feet to a new pair!

  • What is the difference between the Beach and Cayman model?

    The Beach was our original and wildly successful model. However, because it comes in only six sizes, it didn't fit the "between" sizes perfectly. So Crocs introduced the new Cayman model to address the "tweener" issue. The Cayman comes in individual sizes from children's 8/9 through adult 13. It also has a slightly narrower foot bed. It is the perfect comfort shoe for all sizes, "tweener" or not! The main difference in the two shoes is that the Cayman comes in whole number sizes while the Beach model is sized XS through XXL.

  • How can I order shoes that are currently out of stock?

    You can place that item into your Wish List and receive email notification once that item becomes available for ordering.

  • How do I cancel an order?

  • Is there a dealer in the area where I can try on a pair?

    Crocs Footwear is currently expanding at an explosive rate. There are already approximately 5,000 authorized dealers nationwide. To see if there is a dealer near you, please use the dealer locator.

  • Do you ship internationally if I place an order on-line?

    Crocs Footwear does not ship web orders internationally with the exception of Canada. (Canadian orders will be shipped via FedEx at the same internet shipping and handling rate). Please see the international site locator for dealers and web services in your region.

  • Is it safe to order on-line with my credit card?

    Yes, your privacy is paramount. Crocs Footwear's web cart has state of the art security and encryption parameters and sits behind the firewall of a worldwide leader in software technology.
