  • We want you to look good and feel good every time you shop with Crocs. If you’re not completely satisfied with a Crocs item, we’ll gladly take it back in its original, unworn condition with the receipt and within 45 days of shipment arrival.

    Worn products found to be defective may also be returned within 45 days of shipment arrival. Please call customer service at 1-866-306-3179 for help with defective items.

    Returning Crocs™ Goods

    You may return your Crocs.com purchases for refund or exchange by mail or at an official Crocs-owned retail store or kiosk. Retail partners such as sporting goods stores and department stores will not accept Crocs.com purchases for return. See return instructions.

    Price Adjustment Policy

    Prices are guaranteed for 14 days. If an item you buy goes on sale within 14 days of purchase, we’ll honor the new price at your request.

    Worn and Late Return Items

    Returns must have no visible wear or alteration. If we receive a return and determine (at our sole discretion) that it’s been worn or altered, it will no longer be eligible for refund or exchange. Items that are returned past the 45-day return period will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
