I ordered a pair at Christmas they were too small and I missed the 45 day return! This pair was his size that we had ordered before and the description also said they were a more generous fit.They are too SMALL again. I am returning them and I am afraid I am finished ordering on line from CROCS. The first order I sent two emails and they were not even acknowledged, that is why i missed the 45 day deadline, waiting on a response.

Wrong size had to send back. I have a narrow foot and I did not understand the sizing chart. I just ordered what I had for size in the past and was grossly wrong.

I bought the Yukon Mesa Clog in the color black with a relaxed fit. I normally have to where a wide sized shoe. These crocs are very comfortable and a good fit for my wide feet. I would recommend them.

I love my Crocs. My wife thinks they are dorky but I think they are comfy and cool. The leather is nice. Customer service was excellent and better than I expected.

A:
They should not smell. For the non-leather part: Combine some lukewarm water with a small amount of mild regular or laundry soap - avoid any kinds which contain a dye or artificial scent. Dampen the cloth and gently wipe the material, focusing on areas that are particularly marked.
For the leather: Clean gently with a slightly damp cloth or brush. Apply waxy shoe cream and polish/brush with a soft brush, cotton or wool cloth if desired.
Please do not clean your Crocs shoes in the dishwasher or washing machine, as exposure to extreme heat may cause the Croslite material to shrink.Answered on 3/7/2016 by Cosmic Cassi from Crocs

I would not suggest using this shoe in the water because of the leather. I would suggest a style like the Swiftwater Sandal.
