I am retired, but I run around quite a bit. I can go all day in these shoes and my feet are fine at the end of the day. I am not a small lady, and they hold up very well. I will by more.

I seek comfort without sacrificing style when it comes to work attire. These shoes are fashionable and feel true to size. I ordered two pairs, black and navy, and the navy seems to be made of a softer, more pliable material, which makes it more comfortable. There seems to be slightly more cushion on the navy as well. The first day I wore the black pair, it gave my feet blisters and even took off some skin on the sides of my feet! Very disappointed in the quality inconsistency. The problem with these is that they don't breathe and makes your feet sweat. Wear these with socks or stockings to break them in and have a more pleasant experience.

Comments about Women’s Crocs Gianna Disc Flat:
Unfortunately for me the size for this style runs small. I didn't know that at the time so needless to say I don't have the proper ppw to return them. I love the shoe so my plan is to find someone who can wear them. Will definitely continue to purchase crocs in the future.

I like the look and I don't do heels. I enjoy Crocs...I have 4 different pairs.
Comments about Women’s Crocs Gianna Disc Flat:
I have not worn these yet, but did seem pretty comfortable when I tried them on.
Comments about Women’s Crocs Gianna Disc Flat:
These shoes are hard plastic without much give. The size 8's were much too large and the size 7 quite snug, rubbing a blister on my heel the first day I wore them. Hopefully, they will stretch a bit and my heel will toughen up.
Comments about Women’s Crocs Gianna Disc Flat:
These are VERY comfortable! This is the second pair of this style I have now, and I just might buy another color! They are dressy enough for a casual dress, and casual enough for slacks and jeans. Love Love Love!
Comments about Women’s Crocs Gianna Disc Flat:
Love. Very cute and comfy. Dressy enough for work too.

Q:
Are these non slip?Asked on 1/12/2016 by Celia1 answer
A:
This style is not slip resistant, however please check out the Kadee work flat which is slip resistant and similar to this style. You may take a peek at it here: http://www.crocs.com/p/womens-kadee-work-flat/200941.html?cgid=accepts-jibbitz&cid=001#q=non%20slip&start=14Answered on 1/15/2016 by Wonderful Wanda from Crocs

The W stands for Women sizing, not wide. Sorry for the confusion.Answered on 1/8/2016 by Wonderful Wanda from Crocs

Are they slip resistant?Asked on 10/24/2015 by rebecca from United States1 answer
A:
The Gianna Disc Flat does not feature special slip-resistant tread. Certain Crocs shoes offer CrocsLock tread, which provides slip-resistance that exceeds industry standards. Please note that while they are slip resistant, they are not completely slip proof. Please use general caution as you would in any other shoe. You can see a collection of slip-resistant styles here: http://www.crocs.com/c/shop-by/activity/slip-resistant-shoes.Answered on 10/30/2015 by Helpful Heather from Crocs
Q:
Do these flats offer arch support? I have neutral to high arches.Asked on 9/13/2015 by Ash from Chester, VA1 answer
A:
The Crocs Gianna Disc Flat offers neutral arch support. A similar style is our Marin ColorLite Disc Flat, which features additional arch support and a cushioned heel. This might be something to look at if you are needing extra support. You can see those here: http://www.crocs.com/p/womens-marin-colorlite-disc-flat/202314.html?cross=product2_rr-http-202314.Answered on 9/14/2015 by Helpful Heather from Crocs
Q:
I am a size 7 and feel comfortable and true to size in all of my different designs of crocks. I feel most comfortable with styles like the Kadee. From the reviews, it seems that the Gianna may be more suitable to narrow feet. Should I order the next size up if my feet are wide?Asked on 9/5/2015 by Tal from Nj1 answer
A:
I personally fit in one size in all styles and I ordered this in the size that I normally wear. I have found that this style fits me well in my size. This style is offered in the standard fit option, which is the most comfortably snug and narrow that we offer. It should fit to your entire foot, more so than the relaxed styles like the Kadee.Answered on 9/11/2015 by Helpful Heather from Crocs
Q:
I wear a size 6, but with my various medical issues, my feet are between a B and C width. I loved the "penny loafer" look of your wrap color lite flat, but they were too narrow and the heel rode up too far on the back of my foot, so I had to return them. These are cute, but can you recommend a nice comfortable "relax fit" navy flat, in leather or crocs material, that's dressy/casual?Asked on 9/5/2015 by Kathy, a/k/a "Grammy" from Beaufort, SC1 answer
A:
The Gianna Disc Flat is offered in our standard fit option. Because this is the most narrow that we offer, you may have that same fit issues as with the previous style you've tried. I would suggest our Kadee or Malindi flats, as these are offered in our relaxed fit option and will fit you a bit better. These are my favorite flat styles, as they can be worn either dressy or casual. They are also offered in a wide variety of colors, including navy.Answered on 9/11/2015 by Helpful Heather from Crocs
Q:
I wear a 9 1/2 & my foot is on the narrow side. What flat would work best? I have one pair that are huge on me... Way too wide.
When will you come out with 1/2 sizes so I can buy more than just Croc sandals?
Can you send me a list of all crocs that run long and narrow?Asked on 9/1/2015 by Croc lover from Pgh1 answer
A:
I would definitely suggest going with one of our standard fit options. This fit is the most narrow that we offer, and will probably fit your foot best. Many of our styles are not offered in half sizes, but we are adding a few which are. Our Marin ColorLite™ Flat is one of my personal favorites. This flat is offered as a standard fit and is currently available in half sizes. We also have a stylish Marin ColorLite™ Loafer. You can see those here: http://www.crocs.com/p/womens-marin-colorlite-flat/201581.html?cgid=footwear-standard&cid=22Z#&origin=category&srule=default-searchplacement-combo&start=15&sz=29&prefn1=gender&prefv1=Women&prefn2=variationSize&prefv2=&prefn3=refinementColor&prefv3=&prefn4=lifestyle&prefv4=Flats|Loafers, http://www.crocs.com/p/crocs-womens-wrap-colorlite-ballet-flat/16209.html?cross=product3_rr-http-16209. I need a 9 in one made in your Vietnam factory - the China and Mexico ones don't fit me well. Please advise. Thank youAsked on 8/12/2015 by Loves books1 answer
A:
Unfortunately we do not sort our product at the warehouse by place of manufacture. We would not have a way to communicate with them which region of production to send for a specific item. Please note than the place of manufacture should not determine the quality of the shoe or change the sizing. If you would like to look in store to find a specific item, however, I encourage you to do so. You can see where an item was produced by the label on the outsole.Answered on 8/14/2015 by Helpful Heather from Crocs
