I bought these for my husband and he loves them. The fact that the heel is made so you can fold it down and make it a slip on is really neat. Very comfortable.

Loved the shoe, however right shoe was rubbing a sore spot. From looking at it I think it's the seam doing it. Returning and ordering a size larger. Unless Crocs has a suggestion? Several years ago I had foot surgery, the doctor told me to wear Crocs, can't ask for a better referral.

A:
The heel of this style is designed to fold down easily without damaging the shoe. This style is already a slip on, yes. You can slide into these Crocs for a secure fit. However, the kick down heel may be a bit more convenient and comfortable depending on your preference and situation. The sole is similar to our other loafers, and will not come up onto the heel. What you see here is a durable suede piece which allows the kick-down heel to work so well.
