For those who have normal to wide size feet, don't get them. They are narrow for a reason...ME. I have narrow feet and usually DO NOT LIKE Crocs because they are typically too wide and fall off my feet which completely annoys me as much as flip flops. Then I found these swiftwater crocs. They are still on the large size in width BUT they fit my narrow feet, don't fall off, don't let me slide around like classic clogs, and are used from sitting around to heavy yard work (including climbing up trees to cut limbs (yes, I live in the country)). They are great for Florida where it is always wet, do not stink after use, dry fast, and keep on going. I don't care if I walk in puddles or wet grass or on the beach in the ocean water or in my pool. They will dry quick and not rot out. I DO NOT get blisters from these and don't see how anyone else could unless you are cramming your wide foot into a narrow Crocs, then duh!!! Otherwise, they are fine and feel like any other Crocs on the market except these fit. I WILL be getting these again and NOT the classic ones because of the slimmer width. They also have a slightly higher arch and that is also what I need. Classic Crocs feel flat and wide to me and are terrible. Not these. Thank you Crocs for making a shoe that fits my narrow foot for the first time in years since I've first tried on a pair back in the 1990's. I would like to see Crocs start making width options such as narrow, medium, and wide. Then maybe one day I would actually have a choice of shoe to buy instead of just color. But seems like that may be asking a lot because I have never seen them do that for the last 20 or so years.

I purchased this style of crocs for for an upcoming beach trip. While I love my original style crocs which are very comfortable, this design rubbed severe blisters on the inside sides of both feet each time I wore them. My foot is a normal size and width. The size of the crocs was not the issue. They fit my feet fine. The problem is the way these are made and how they rub against the sides of your feet when you walk. This is made far worse if the material gets wet or you are in a sandy environment like the beach. This should NOT happen with a shoe called a "Swiftwater Clog"! I would NOT recommend buying these. Note that I'm not the only one to complain about blisters. In my opinion, Crocs as a company placed more emphasis on style and broadening their line of shoes with this model rather than comfort and function.

Comments about Crocs Men’s Swiftwater Clog:

Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size and returned my new Crocs yesterday. From all appearances, they look great! I would like a replacement in my size, so that I can enjoy the comfort and flexibility of Crocs clogs. I bought my mis-sized Crocs on sale and they are no longer available on sale.

Comments about Crocs Men’s Swiftwater Clog:

normally I am wearing 42 size but when I take this size after 10 minutes later I feel it will be small for me and I changed it with the number 43 .. than I wear it totally maximum 15 minutes and after I had wound on my feet the reason of the friction .. So I never recommend this series for you .. I am sure you will not like and feel comfortable like me ..

I am exactly sure this model had design problem but Turkey Crocs do not accept this problem ..

My recommend Choose another model .. not this one ...

    Are they non slip resisten?

    • Staff Reviewer

      A:

While the sole of the Swiftwater Clog does provide with better grip in wet situations, this style does not feature special slip-resistant tread. We do have a collection of work shoes that feature CrocsLock tread, which provides slip-resistance that exceeds industry standards. Please note that while they are slip resistant, they are not completely slip proof. Please use general caution as you would in any other shoe. You can see those styles here (the RX and Specialist are work shoes but do not feature the slip-resistant tread): http://www.crocs.com/c/shop-by/activity/work-shoes

The Swiftwater Clog is a Roomy fit, which is our widest fit available. You can learn more about the fits here: http://www.crocs.com/crocs-fit-guide/fit-guide-landing.html. Unfortunately we do not have larger sizes available in this shoe at this time.

While this shoe is not made in Women's sizes at this time, you can easily convert Men's sizes to Women's sizes by adding 2 to the Men's size. For example, a Men's 7 would equate to a Women's 9.

  • Q:

    I have two questions:

What material is the strap made of? I need a pair that can get completely wet and that will dry fast (overnight). So I don't think leather would be ideal.

Also, I normally wear M10 crocs. I have frequently heard this design runs small. Should I get one size up?

    Thanks.
    Asked on 10/14/2015 by CG

    1 answer

    • Staff Reviewer

      A:

The strap is made of a few materials including Croslite and leather. It is designed to be water safe. I usually recommend going with the size that you normally wear, so I'd go with the size 10 first.

Yes, the strap can be moved forward to wear as a slip-on clog style.

Do the saltwater clog have a non slip sole for good traction and grip on a wet boat deck or wet docks?
    Asked on 8/11/2015 by Ted

    1 answer

    • Staff Reviewer

      A:

While most of our clogs including the Swiftwater are often selected as boating shoes, they do not feature special slip-resistant tread. Certain Crocs shoes offer CrocsLock tread, which provides slip-resistance that exceeds industry standards. Please note that while they are slip resistant, they are not completely slip proof. Please use general caution as you would in any other shoe. You can see those here: http://www.crocs.com/c/shop-by/activity/slip-resistant-shoes.
