Unfortunately, customer service was not effective here. These were intended to be gifts for my nieces but both were defective (one missing paint on the back so there was a white splotch on it and the other with a small gold marking on it). Clearly seconds...I love Crocs but don't think i'll be back ot their online store anytime soon.
