Crocs has disappointed me. I paid for the express delivery and the product did not arrive as promised and no money was returned. I talked to a representative and he/she never treated me professionally nor gave me an acceptable explanation. He/she never gave me his/her name. That is why I use the slash. I even demanded for a name and a supervisor and never got backed. Customer service has given me a very lousy experience.
