Love this sparkly Frozen mary jane style shoe. With the confident comfort for my five year old where she can wear a soft shoe that looks very stylish. And best of all I can clean so easily with soap and water and glitter does not come off. Highly recommend for the Frozen fan!

My daughter wanted these shoes so bad! But so disappointed with these shoes. At first they were fine, but after an hour of wearing them she has blisters on the sides of her feet. No problems with heel or toes but both sides feel sharp and turn in slightly that causes rubbing. My daughter has average feet, not narrow and not wide. I think the design of this shoe causes the rubbing. We have held on to them in hopes she will get used to it, but after a couple tries and many blisters we are giving up. Not sure at this point I can return them. Very disappointed crocs. Have them one star because even though they are cute, you can't wear them.

I was so bummed because these shoes were beautiful on my little girl. She wanted them so badly, they were so so cute and she got tons of compliments on them. HOWEVER, on the first wear (which was for about two hours she got some tiny red blisters on her feet, both feet in back of the heel. I thought it was because they were new, needed to be broken in or whatever so I had her wear them around the house with socks (NOT CUTE) they never broke in, the next time she wore them outside (for approx. four hours) she ended up with large painful blisters along the sides of her feet, on her pinkie toes and in the back. She never told me she was uncomfortable because she didn't want to take them off, because they were so pretty. Very very sad to have to return these.

They were really cute, my granddaughter loved them. They were just one size to small. Your return policy seems easy, although my printer quit working so I will work that out. Shoes were great.

much smaller than normal sizes. The strap is stationary and you can't get their foot in. I bought them on sale and it was not worth returning them so I gave them to the neighbor toddler who was 2 sizes smaller than my granddaughter. They fit her fine.
