I have been wearing these for about 4 years and have recommended them to my friends. They have really helped relieve all pain on the bottom of my feet. I love them and have owned several pair. The only complaint I have is the fit seems to vary depending on where they are produced. I currently have 3 pair of the same size. The ones made in Canada are a little small (no socks). The ones made in China are too large (heavy socks). The ones made in Mexico fit me just right. It would be nice to know when you were ordering which country of origin you will get.

Ordered four pair total. One pair of classic crocs for me which fit fine, one pair of Rx Relief for my husband, which were too big, one pair of Rx Relief for me which fit fine and one pair of Work Bistro for my daughter, which were too small. My daughter has a pair of Classic Crocs so I ordered the same size since the reviews for the Work Bistro indicated they were "roomy". The Work Bistro has a shaped heel that results in a smaller fit so my daugher's has to be exchanged for a larger size. My husband's are too big for him and I would like to exchange for a smaller size. Am irritated by the exchange policy. Apparently I have to return and then reorder, which means I don't get the sale price which was the reason I ordered them to begin with. So I will be only reordering the Work Bistro in a larger size and not reordering the pair for my husband. According to your web site there isn't a store nearby so we cannot try on for size. Not very happy about this policy. Plus I have to pay for return shipping. Product gets 4 stars exchange policy gets 0 stars.

Comments about Crocs Rx Relief:

I have painful throbbing in my feet. My podiatrist recommended Crocs so the "RX Relief" caught my eye. I'm wearing them with sox to keep my feet warm. Best of the Crocs I've purchased so far.

Love them!

Comments about Crocs Rx Relief:

I wasn't a big fan of Crocs - in fact I rather disliked them, but I recently had foot surgery and none of my shoes were comfortable and so I gave these a try. And these are so comfortable - in fact - they're the only shoes I've worn for the last 4 weeks straight! They've certainly won me over.

      Comments about Crocs Rx Relief:

I had 3 old pair of Relief's that I wore til they wore out. This new pair is nothing like them. These are not nearly as cushioned, these are slightly narrower & shorter (had to order a size up), and those darn nubs on the sole are a LOT higher & I cannot tolerate them, even with socks on. Very disappointed. For reference purposes, I wear Crocs flip flops without socks all the time and the nubs do not bother me -- these are higher and much harder. Ouch.

      Rx Relief Review

      By

      from San Diego, CA

      Verified Buyer

      Comments about Crocs Rx Relief:

Great, roomy fit. I broke my foot a few months ago, and these were perfect to transition to from the boot. I normally wear a 7 & 1/2. First ordered 7's but they were too short, with my toes hitting the front of the clog when the strap was on. Exchanged for 8's which are perfect. So, considering my experience, I recommend sizing up if you're an in-between size, like me.

      Disappointing

      Comments about Crocs Rx Relief:

I had read on other product review sites how supportive and comfortable these shoes are. On reflection, I believe these reviews may have referred to earlier models. The shoes are light but no more comfortable or supportive than a good pair of athletic shoes.

We do not have the Rx Relief, size 11 in the color Black. However, we do have them in stock in Navy. This is an end of season style- unfortunately, we do not have an expected date for additional sizes to be added in this style

Hi Gail. The 3/5 you see on your Crocs indicates a men's 3/women's 5. I would go ahead and order a women's 5, as it will fit you the same.

          A:

The Relief style is offered in our RX collection, which are designed to offer relief for individuals with foot and back pain. While they are not designed specifically for plantar fasciitis, they would be one of the best Crocs options for you. I usually suggest checking with your doctor before making a decision if you have specific concerns.

          A:

I would suggest the RX Relief for many foot problems, conditions, or general pain. I think this will be a good choice for you. However, I do recommend getting a second opinion from your doctor for any specific concerns that you have.

          A:

This style does not feature a special slip-resistant tread. Certain Crocs shoes do offer CrocsLock tread, which provides slip-resistance that exceeds industry standards. Please note that while they are slip resistant, they are not completely slip proof. Please use general caution as you would in any other shoe. You can see those styles here: http://www.crocs.com/c/shop-by/activity/slip-resistant-shoes.
