I recently bought a standing desk and needed good shoes to support and provide cushioning while standing for long periods. I already had bought a lined pair for the winter and these are the ideal ones for warmer months. The holes on top and side allow my feet to breathe and they're perfect for comfort.IMPORTANT: Most people don't know that Crocs come in 3 widths. These are "roomy" (which is the middle width) and they're ideal.

My 11 year old has had foot pain since he was 6. The podiatrist said he was growing faster than his feet/ligaments could handle, then placed him in rigid orthotics. I've been phasing him out over the years but this is the first pair of shoes he's worn without any sort of insert, for lengthy periods of walking without having any complaint of arch and/or heel pain. We walked New Orleans, for what seemed to be 72 hrs. straight and he didn't complain once.
