I bought these shoes about two months ago to wear to work. I work in the food service industry so the slip resistant feature is a must, however after a few weeks of moderate use the tread on the bottom began to separate from the rest of the shoe. I would not recommend these shoes to anyone who doesn't like throwing money down the drain.

    Comments about Crocs Mercy Work:

I have narrow feet so most Crocs are too wide for me. The Mercy Work clog was more narrow but almost too narrow. I loved them though until the strip of rubber where the design is came unglued and started peeling off on the sides. These weren't cheap and shouldn't have happened for the $$. Crocs should stand behind the product that falls apart. These are less than 6 months old and sadly a 90 day warranty isn't much.

Perfect for work, but not long shifts.

    Comments about Crocs Mercy Work:

Anything over 5hrs and my feet start to hurt, this could be because I have heel Spurs though, so I am not going to tear into the shoe for that. They are comfy and they are really easy to clean and I can move fast on freshly mopped floors and not have to worry about slipping so I am a happy camper!!!

I had another pair of this style and wore them out. They are the only shoe that does not aggravate a bum knee and my heels do not hurt anymore.

Very narrow and not much arch support, really uncomfortable for "work" shoe. Very disappointed since I have been wearing crocs for years.

    Comments about Crocs Mercy Work:

I don't always love crocs because they fit my wide feet. These are. rather narrow I'm hoping they loosen up. Looks are great I planned to wear them for work but because they are more narrow than my last pair I will have to wear them at home and pray they stretch or limber up

Do you have wide with crocs

          A:

Thank you for contacting Crocs. We do have wider fit with our shoes. They wide fit is our Roomy fit. You can filter our fits while searching for shoes. With the Mercy Work. This is our Relaxed fit. Which is right in the middle of narrow and wide.

      • Q:

I have the bistro clog but it rubs the top of my toe knuckle. The shoe is to flat. Are these roomier?
Asked on 8/24/2016 by Michelle from Euless, Tx

        1 answer

        • Staff Reviewer

          A:

Crocs come in 1 of 3 widths: STANDARD - Standard fits offer a more snug (but not tight) fit than our roomy or relaxed styles. They should conform to fit your foot securely with minimal or no slipping as you walk. RELAXED - Expect a little room, but a more secure fit than our roomy styles. Some models include laces or straps, but all should feel stable on your foot as you walk. ROOMY - Our roomiest fit, just like our original style clog. Some models include a heel-hugging back strap for more stability. The Bistro comes in a roomy fit. Crocs does not make a wider fit then the roomy.

Is it made of rubber or plastic?
I don't like the ones made out of plastic, they hurt. I need the ones made out of rubber.

The Crocs Mercy Work is made out of our Croslite™ material. Croslite™ is a proprietary Closed Cell Resin material which is NOT plastic NOR rubber. Croslite material is odor resistant. It has an extraordinary impact absorbing ability developed for maximum cushioning.
