First things first, you have to know how to buy these. My son has a wide foot and a high arch, so they are perfect - when purchased in the right size! My mother bought him the 4/5 when his sneaker size ran that length, but they were just fitted and he hated them. Then, he outgrew his size 5 sneakers and size 6 was too large. 5.5 is hard to find for toddler boys, but the 6/7 fit him perfectly. At first, they looked like they were too large, but the loop is snug around his ankle and he runs around without falling. I think the loop actually stretches as he grows, hence the two size fitting. I am thankful because two sizes in one shoe means more money for Legos! Lol When he sweats, his toes do get a little smelly, but the shoes go right in the washer, which is a great benefit. His older cousin always demanded the larger size crocs and now I understand why. With wear, they kind of form to your feet. It'll be unfortunate when it's time to break into a new pair.

I buy these for my son each summer and when his 8-9 was too big this year I ordered the 10-11. When it arrived it was huge!! I literally thought I had ordered the wrong size or they sent me the wrong size, however I checked the site and the shoes and they were what I ordered. I noticed the old ones were made in Vietnam and the new ones were made in Mexico, perhaps Crocs is having some factory issues b/c there is no way these should be one size different!!

I bought these for my daughter as I have done for the past several years, however this year they are huge on her and the 8/9 from last year are to small, not sure how they did the sizing this year because each year I have just sized up and they normally fit perfectly. Was a little disappointed when they were to big for her this year b/c I love these on her feet!

My son wears 9 1/2 shoes and we bought him crocband in sizes 8/9 and 10/11 to try. Size 8/9 is too small where his toes are touching the sides and 10/11 is too big where shoe comes right off when he walks. Are there other clog styles that's in between these two sizes? The size that you may need is a size 9/10, which unfortunately not an option in Crocs styles. I would say that yes, the Classic clog will fit slightly larger than the Crocband as it is offered in our roomy fit style, which is the most spacious that we offer. Some styles are offered in whole sizes. I would suggest going for a size 9 or 10 in these styles.
