These are even more comfy than the Classic. Seems like a more accurately sized fit, streamlined, and not clunky looking. I can even wear them at the office. It has a really cool cushion -action in the heel that seems to make it feel as though my heel wants to bounce back up after I take a step, though I cannot see a difference in the actual heel bed. These are wonderful! No more Classics-it'll be the Hilo from now on!

I have many pairs of Crocs. After a severe injury to my leg following a knee replacement I needed shoes that were wider than my usual ones and the Crocs worked well. When winter set in the lined Crocs worked well.
When I first received these, I really didn't like them. They felt different than any of the other Crocs I have purchased. I couldn't put my finger on it but the just like they were flatter in the heel and I felt a bit off balance. Granted some of that is probably the weakness in my right legs that was made worse because I was unable to get out much because of the record breaking horrible winter we had. I actually had put them back into the packaging to return them. For some reason I needed a pair quickly, so I pulled them out and started wearing them. With wearing them every day now, I have no problems with them now, but there are differences.....they are not as wide and floppy as the regular crocs, which is a good thing if you are looking for slightly scaled down Crocs. They have the back stap that goes around the heel that I like when I go out. The strange thing is that if you look at the strap when it is being used around your heel it looks like the word Crocs has bee cut off by half which I thought was a defect, but when you bring the strap up so that it is on the top of the shoe, if you position it just right it matches the word Crocs on the top of the shoe. I have been wearing them around the house and I am getting used to them. The only thing is that I don't feel that the rubber is as firm and dense as it. Is on my other Crocs so I do question if they will wear out sooner. I don't think I will be buying another pair of this style and stick with the ones I have purchased before. That is why I gave them three stars.

I bought 7's because my friend has 8's and I just swim in them. The 7's are just a tad too small. Toe is on very end. Need 1/2 sizes.

Q:
How do I wash the lining of my Crocs Hilo Clogs?Asked on 12/19/2015 by Jojo Bear1 answer
A:
You can hand wash with mild soap and water. Wash the liner and let hang dry in a cool place. Please do not use washing machines or dryers for care, as this can ruin the liner.Answered on 12/22/2015 by Wonderful Wanda from Crocs
Q:
Do you advise women who have a size 5.5 or who want a snug fit for a size 6 to wear Juniors 3 since you only go down to Size 6? I don't plan on wearing socks with them so I would need a snug fit.Asked on 9/20/2015 by Lassie from Sunnyvale, CA1 answer
A:
Hi Lassie! Yes, if you are needing a women's size 5 and it is not offered, I suggest going with the junior's size 3 in the Kids' Hilo.Answered on 9/21/2015 by Helpful Heather from Crocs
Q:
My foot measures as 9-7/8 to 10" and I usually wear between a 8 1/2 or 9. In flip flops and running shoes I wear a 9. In dress shoes I usually wear a 8 1/2 sometimes a 9. According to your size charts I would order an 8. I just want to make sure an 8 won't be too small because in all other shoes an 8 is too small. Any help is appreciated.Asked on 8/21/2015 by Rebel96 from Houston, TX1 answer
A:
I would suggest going with the 9. This style is offered in our relaxed fit option, which is the average fit that we carry. While the 9 may be a bit more spacious for this reason, I feel that you may find the 8 to be too small. Many of our relaxed clogs are quite comfortable with a bit of extra room.Answered on 8/25/2015 by Helpful Heather from Crocs

Q:
Are the crocs fit to size I usually need a wide widthAsked on 8/8/2015 by Jackie from Oakland ca1 answer
A:
Crocs often fit true to size. While we do not have an option for wide width when ordering, some of our styles are more wide than others. The Hilo Clog is offered in our relaxed fit option, which is the average width that we offer. If you find that these are a bit too narrow, I suggest taking a look at our clogs which are offered in roomy fit. Roomy is the most spacious and wide that we offer. You can see some of those clogs here: https://www.crocs.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-crocs_us-Site/default/Search-Show?q=roomy%20clogs.Answered on 8/12/2015 by Helpful Heather from Crocs

While the Hilo Clog do not come in a Lime Green, the Classics do! Here's the link where you'll find those Lime Green Classics: http://www.crocs.com/p/crocs-classic/10001.html?cgid=classic-styles&cid=395#start=5Answered on 8/11/2015 by A-Leigh Answers from Crocs
Q:
Can I order this shoe in a size 12?Asked on 7/26/2015 by Jr1 answer
A:
Unfortunately this style is not offered above a men's size 11. I suggest taking a look at our Classic Clog, which is offered in a handful of larger sizes including size 12. You can see those here: http://www.crocs.com/p/crocs-classic/10001.html?cgid=classic-styles&cid=001#prefn1=variationSize&prefv1=M12&start=1.Answered on 7/27/2015 by Helpful Heather from Crocs

How much does a pair weigh?Asked on 7/25/2015 by daniel1 answer
A:
A pair of Hilos weighs between .64 lbs and 1.08 lbs, depending on the size. If you wear a men's 10, the pair will weigh about .9 lbs.Answered on 7/27/2015 by Helpful Heather from Crocs
Q:
Is the sizing of this model the same as the classic fit? My son has a narrow foot. He can wear a mens size 7 in the classic fit but would like a more narrow style, so the relaxed fit of the Hilo seems like a better match. Do these run any bigger/smaller?Asked on 6/29/2015 by MJAJmom from Bay Area, CA1 answer
A:
Hi, The Classic Clog is classified as a Roomy Fit shoe, while the Hilo Clog is a Relaxed Fit shoe. Expect a little room, but a more secure fit than our roomy styles.Answered on 6/30/2015 by Find Your Fun Fran from CROCS
Q:
Are they slip restisant shoes ? Good for work ?Asked on 6/28/2015 by Ashley from Atlanta, GA1 answer
A:
The Hilo Clog is a very comfortable shoe that is fully molded in Croslite. While this makes them a great choice for work, I might recommend one of our Crocs@Work styles. Many of these feature CrocsLock slip-resistant tread and are designed specifically for those in the food service, hospitality and health care industries. You can find these styles here: Designed specifically for those in the food service, hospitality and health care industries.Answered on 6/29/2015 by Helpful Heather from Crocs
