These are great shoes for working in a kitchen day in and day out. The non slip is great on greasy wet floors. When the start to smell or get dirty just put them through the dish wash and done! The BIG weakness is the back strap. Right where it is stitched it always tears. This is my third pair of these that has done this! If this flaw was fixed they would be the best shoes I have ever had in the kitchen!

Been buying Crocs 10+yrs; latest purchase was probably 7th pair I've purchased.
I am tall, heavy with limited mobility & size 13 foot.
The adjustable rear strap is an absolute DISASTER - I've already broken one trying to get it on.
I like this Croc has no holes in bottom or top so I can wear when raining or snow. I like the more gripping bottom tread - great when I'm on either my 30' or 40' boat, when handling lines & washing my boats.
I need to have a back strap when driving my car, going up & down stairs & when climbing on & off my boats.
Though I like this Croc itself - I will never buy this model again because of the flimsy, torturous adjustable back strap.

So I've been in the culinary industry for over 5 years now bought and gone through most of the shoes for crews catalog even the imitation brand called frogz and by far these are the best slip resistant shoes I have ever had I am a very heavy set man with wide feet I have suffered from constant foot pain since I was a teenager and now I come home with no foot pain even after working a 13 hour open to close shift personally I wear them without the straps only complaint I have is the slip tread wears down after 7 months and am on my second pair but they will hold up to anything I've thrown at them hot grease/soup/cheese/sugar it all just sprays off at the end of the night

      Bistro Pro Clog Review

      from Andover, MN

Comments about Crocs Bistro Pro Clog:

Seeing these on sale at 50% off I jumped at the chance at trying a pair having bought my 4th pair of Bistro's just a few months earlier.

The Bistro Pro's have so much more comfort in the footbed and a little more styling I'm sold on them they are my new work shoe!

8 hours a day in a restaurant takes its toll but it just got a little more comfortable

I am unable to wear regular shoes. Luckily I discovered Crocs Roomy Fit clogs. The Bistro Pro has better arch support as well as soft heel spot that makes walking great!

I enjoy Crocs and think these would be a great addition to my collection, but the color white does not work for me. Is there another option available in a size 11 ? Are you currently out of the other colors that I see available ?

We are currently out of size 11 in Black and Navy. Unfortunately, I do not see an estimated re-stock date anytime soon. Please take a look at our Bistro and Work Bistro Vent Clog, which are very similar styles to the Bistro Pro Clog.

      • Q:

It says this shoe fits loose but it's too tight in my forefoot, cuts off circulation. I wear a men's 12 and crocs have always had plenty of room, but not these. Do they come wider? I don't need longer, in fact they are wide enough, just not high enough in the forefoot.

I work 6-8 hours a day standing at a desk and am considering getting either some Crocs, an anti-fatigue mat or both.

In your opinion, are the bistro pro clogs the softest, most comfortable crocs to use for my situation? Also, in your experience, how long does the footbed usually last before support breaks down or becomes to soft?

Thank you in advance for your response to my inquiry.

Hi there. I appreciate your considering Crocs as a work shoe. Many people choose our styles for long days at work or on their feet, as our Croslite material is both comfortable and durable. The Bistro style is specifically designed for this, as it is from our work shoe collection.

Does the Bistro Pro Clog have the same arch support as the Specialist crocs?

        1 answer

        • Staff Reviewer

          A:

Yes, these two styles will have very similar arch support. The footbed in the Bistro Pro Clog is designed to be a bit softer, so the cushion may vary slightly.

      • Q:

what is the depth dimension of the toe area? I have had repetitive trauma to my large-toe nails on both feet, and have recently had to have portions of the nails removed because of scar tissue formation under the nail. I can not wear a shoe that is too tight (depth-wise) in the toe area, and I also do not want a croc where my toes will bump into the front either.
Is this the best model for a roomy toe-depth? Keep in mind I do not have a large or wide foot and i usually wear shoes that range from a 4.5-6 women's depending on brand. Help! thank you!!!

          A:

The Bistro Pro Clog is offered in our roomy fit option. This is the most spacious and will offer the most room around the toes that we carry. Because of the shape of the Bistro style, there will be added room in the toe area, which should be what you are looking for.

          A:

The Bistro Pro Clog is offered in our roomy fit option, which is the most spacious that we offer. For this reason, I usually suggest going down to the next smallest whole size. I recommend trying this style in a size 9 if you wear a 9 1/2.
