I wear these for working at Macy's, and they are excellent. Have had a full year, and they are going strong and look terrific. I bought them after not getting support from my current shoes, and from day one they fit perfectly, my feet never hurt no matter how long the shift or how much running around I'm doing, and I feel well at the end of the day. They look nice with black, and I wear sometimes with my regular clothing. It's great that they can go with the skirt as cute flats, and bonus - they grip icy sidewalks. One of the most secured soled winter shoes I've ever had. Highly recommend. I'm a size 5, regular width.

I bought these to wear as work shoes, thinking they would be more durable than the already durable and comfortable Malindi shoes. I'm sure they are more durable but they are FAR from comfortable. Maybe it takes wearing them in a bit but I don't have the time or patience to do that with work shoes. These made my feet hurt after wearing them for an hour. At the end of an 8 hour shift, I felt like my feet were going to fall off AND I had blisters from wearing the shoes. I had even worn them with socks to hopefully keep blisters from happening. If your feet swell at all then these aren't the shoes for you.

Comments about Crocs Alice Work:

My daughter originally got a pair from a friend and fell in love with them! We are now on pair 4 and have pair 5 for a spare. She is a college student and wears them rain or shine. She also works at a bakery and stands up her entire shift. She says these are just so comfortable. She puts them through alot and they hold up so well!!! Please continue to make this super style!

    Comments about Crocs Alice Work:

I left my shoes outside in the sun (in VT not FL) and they completely shrunk to the point of being unusable. They are all curled up and they were brand new. I had a previous pair of the same shoe for many years and this never happened before. Super disappointed.

I like the shoes, I mainly got them because they said they wouldn't smell and they smell. I work 13 hour days in a restaurant. I have water, soda, etc spilt in my shoe. Mine smell, they are every easy to clean and comfortable. The only down fall is my strap broke after about 3-4 months

I wear these shoes to work at least 75% of the time because they don't leave my feet aching at the end of the day. I also love that they are moisture resistant for rainy days and can easily be washed with soap and water. I've been wearing the same pair for 3 years without issues.

        Comments about Crocs Alice Work:

These are my reliable default shoes I wear whenever unsure how long I may end up walking/standing. The style is flattering yet neutral - they can be worn with virtually anything from a LBD to yoga pants: seriously, they are a bit too cute for something so comfortable (and vice versa). The little strap is on the longer side, so no matter how swollen your feet get by the end of the day, it won't cut into your skin. Perfect for long flights!

One word of warning though: this shoe is HUGE. I wear 8.5 - 9 and have really long toes, but had to get these in 7. Unlike with other Crocs styles, if unsure with this one - go a size or two down rather than up.

I bought these shoes for work, obviously, after standing on my feet all day, my heels were killing me! The heel of the shoe has an outer ridge that after long periods of standing begins to embed itself in your heel. Not good for work at all if you stand a lot!!!

            Comments about Crocs Alice Work:

I was very excited finding work appropriate shoes, but I am so disappointed! I have no idea why on earth these shoes are meant for "work". These have been the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever purchased! My feet were blistery and in pain after 2 hours! Mind you, I work in retail on carpeted flooring, yet the bottom felt so hard like I was stepping on concrete. They felt perfect when trying them on in store. But after wearing them for a little over a week (hoping I just had to break them in), my feet are in agony. Do NOT buy these if you have to be on your feet all day! Happy feet = Happy body. Crocs, you need to rethink arch support and cushioning; my feet have never been in so much pain and discomfort.

This shoe is made entirely of Croslite, so the body is able to get wet with no worries,The Alice is not designed for water use, so submerging them and wearing them very wet for long periods of time could damage the glue that keeps the slip-resistant sole attached shoes. With that said, his shoe is made entirely of Croslite, so the body is able to get wet with no worries, just be sure to dry in a cool shaded place.

It's made of the same material that Classic's are made of. The only material Classic's do not have, that work shoes have is the Crocs slip resistant tread.

Yes, the Alice Work shoes feature CrocsLock tread which provides slip-resistance that exceeds industry standards. They are an excellent choice for work in a restaurant. The bottom of the shoes should indicate that they offer this tread.

This style is not offered in our roomy fit option, so they may be a bit snug if worn with socks. I would suggest trying them on with socks before you get them to determine which size would be best. You may be able to find them in stores in your area. To find a Crocs owned retailer near you, please see our store locator http://www.crocs.com/crocs-store-locator/stores.html.
