I wear these for working at Macy's, and they are excellent. Have had a full year, and they are going strong and look terrific. I bought them after not getting support from my current shoes, and from day one they fit perfectly, my feet never hurt no matter how long the shift or how much running around I'm doing, and I feel well at the end of the day. They look nice with black, and I wear sometimes with my regular clothing. It's great that they can go with the skirt as cute flats, and bonus - they grip icy sidewalks. One of the most secured soled winter shoes I've ever had. Highly recommend. I'm a size 5, regular width.

I bought these to wear as work shoes, thinking they would be more durable than the already durable and comfortable Malindi shoes. I'm sure they are more durable but they are FAR from comfortable. Maybe it takes wearing them in a bit but I don't have the time or patience to do that with work shoes. These made my feet hurt after wearing them for an hour. At the end of an 8 hour shift, I felt like my feet were going to fall off AND I had blisters from wearing the shoes. I had even worn them with socks to hopefully keep blisters from happening. If your feet swell at all then these aren't the shoes for you.

Comments about Crocs Alice Work:

Pretty comfortable but I got a 6 when I'm normally a 6.5 and they are very wide on my foot so it almost doesn't fit because of the width. I don't know if I got a defective one because I bought some other ones in a different style same size and they fit perfectly.

Comments about Crocs Alice Work:

I have wanted a pair of shoes for work for 6 years and these are so comfy and easy to clean from food spilling on them in the restaurant. I have never been more proud to own a pair of crocs.

I really like the style and color but the shoe is too narrow for me. I wish this style came in the more relaxed type fit.

Very poor fit

By

Comments about Crocs Alice Work:

These shoes made very bad blisters on each side of my feet where the strap joins the bed of the shoe. An even worse blister was made by the heel of the shoe just below my ankle. Very dissappointing. Never had such a poor fitting pair of crocs.

Comments about Crocs Alice Work:

I bought this shoe two years ago and the material had a suede-like texture. This was meant to be a replacement, but the material appears to have changed. Will return.

Alice Work Review

Comments about Crocs Alice Work:

they look like clogs more than ballet flats and they are not nearly as comfortable as I was expecting. They are not tight but they rub up against the side of my feet.I wish there was a way to get rid of the straps without those little plastic bolts sticking out.

Comments about Crocs Alice Work:

I have narrow heels and really wide feet, so finding shoes is extremely difficult. But after trying these, I'm thrilled to be on my feet at work again!

not very comfortable

Comments about Crocs Alice Work:

A little too tight across the front of the shoe. Not comfortable for work. The clips on the side holding the strap digs in to foot.

  • Q:

Is this shoe style made of the original crocs shoe material? Or is it a different material since it's more of a work based shoe?

      A:

It's made of the same material that Classic's are made of. The only material Classic's do not have, that work shoes have is the Crocs slip resistant tread.

I'd like to make sure that these are slip resistant shoes suitable for the restaurant business. Do they state that they are slip resistant on the bottom?
Asked on 8/20/2015 by Ashleigh from Baldwin County, AL

    1 answer

    • Staff Reviewer

      A:

Yes, the Alice Work shoes feature CrocsLock tread which provides slip-resistance that exceeds industry standards. They are an excellent choice for work in a restaurant. The bottom of the shoes should indicate that they offer this tread.

    • Staff Reviewer

      A:

This style is not offered in our roomy fit option, so they may be a bit snug if worn with socks. I would suggest trying them on with socks before you get them to determine which size would be best. You may be able to find them in stores in your area. To find a Crocs owned retailer near you, please see our store locator http://www.crocs.com/crocs-store-locator/stores.html.

    • Staff Reviewer

      A:

The Alice Work is offered in espresso, which is a gorgeous dark brown. This color option is currently available in almost all women's sizes.
