I love the color and the style, but hate the way the shoe feels. I has a flat sole, so it's hard to walk in it. I tried them on for 5 min and my feet were hurting. They are going back.

I was shopping at the crocs outlet store in Gulfport,MS and I found a pair of brown crocs with the leopard stripe. The deal was buy one pair get the next pair half off. So my husband found a pair he liked too. Unfortunately they did not have my size in the brown leopard clog. The store clerk offered to order them for me, at the half off price, and have them shipped to my house. We live about 40 minutes from Gulfport. When I got the shipment I discovered that the incorrect croc was ordered for me. I received the black croc instead of brown. My problem was that the store was too far away to return them and the return information on the croc website was very confusing. I couldn't exchange them, I had to return them and then order the correct pair. I really didn't want to have to pay shipping to return them and then again when I ordered the new pair. And I wasn't sure if I was going to get the half off price on the new pair. So, I ended up just settling for the black pair, wishing I had received the correct brown pair instead. Especially since I bought matching jibbitz for the brown pair.

While the Crocband are a relaxed fit and should be true to size, I find that when I order up a size they are much more comfortable.
