When I saw these boots on the Crocs website I instantly fell in love with the Orchid colored ones, and after experiencing a few weeks of actual cold weather after several years of abnormally warm I realized I really could use a pair of boots for the winter. These have been absolutely wonderful since I took them out of the packaging! I took the advice of other commenters and ordered a size up...I wear a women's 7 in all other Crocs but ordered these in an 8 and they fit absolutely perfect! They take about a day of breaking in, but after they're just as comfy as other Crocs, if not more, and surprisingly supportive! I even have found I can run in them if needed! Unlike Ugg boots they actually seem to be fairly water resistant, even standing up to a hike through the woods in wet grass, as well as treks out to the chicken coop after a good rain or a brisk walk through said good rain. I have no idea how they would do in actual winter weather, but for rainy California climates they're perfect and much more comfortable and stylish than rain boots(And also MUCH more managable than Ugg boots, which I've had horrible experiences with!)

I use insoles in them because of foot pain. If you don't use the
right socks, they hurt. I will keep them and wear with adjustments.
I love the look., but won't wear if I have to walk a lot. I am a crocs fan.

I initially had the HUNTER boots in tall/black. It was uncomfortable and made my feet cold even with fuzzy socks. So I returned it to give this boot a try!
I usually wear size 7-7.5. When I tried this on, in was a little big ol with just regular socks and the top of the boots hits my leg in the back which could be a problem with rubbing. But I know I'd be wearing this with skinnies and fuzzy socks anyway so it's ok. I have it a go yesterday and I was very pleased! I liked how the boots is very lightweight and kept my feet warm and it's also comfortable! Definitely way better than the HUNTER boots! I'm already thinking about purchasing another pair since I live in "Rain City."

bought these for a ski trip. love them, will wear them out after ski trip. fit perfect,my normal size. they are like a house slipper you can wear everywhere. have already worn them for winter yard work, so wonderful, wipe clean, even wet red mulch didn't stain

I have arthritis in my feet and ankles and it is very difficult to find comfortable shoes. I ordered these boots (I wear a size 6.5 but ordered size 7 as the fit is more narrow than the widest Croc styles). Theses are easy to put on and take off. I wore them recently (with only compression stockings) to an evening birthday celebration that was outside in January, on the water in NE Virginia, and it was very cold and windy....my feet stayed warm and toasty! Even after wearing these for hours (many of those hours, I was standing/on my feet), my feet felt great! They look great with leggings, jeans, and skirts! LOVE these boots!

I was hoping that this boot was the new replacement for the Crocs "Georgie" boot, which is now discontinued. I loved that boot, and I wore the heck out of my last pair... they were a soft pillow of comfort and cradled the foot just right. They were perfect for long days on my feet working around the barn. However, THIS pair felt flatter on the insole, and the shaft is rigid and hurts against your shin as you walk. The fit is generic and it's just not a boot worthy of the high price tag. Please bring the Georgie model back! :-)

I LOVE Crocs that's all I ever ware! I wanted a pair of boots very badly but have not been able to find a pair as yet ! Have ordered 2 different boots so far and both do not fit due to I have a high instep and I could not get them on. So these are on there way back to you. I guess I will not have a pair of your boots and will just continue to ware crock shoes! I must have 30pair LOVE MY CROCS!!

Hi Sue. The opening of the ColorLite Boot is designed for you to easily slide your foot into. The shaft height, opening circumference, and soft material all contributes to make this a comfortable, easy on and off boot. The ColorLite Boot is going to be really comfortable, and I personally would count on all day comfort standing on my feet for long periods of time in them. With that said, they are not going to be as water resistant and washable at some of our other styles, specifically those which are molded with Croslite material. This may make them less ideal for a restaurant environment. In addition, these do no feature special slip-resistant tread. We do have a collection of work shoes that I suggest taking a look at. These all feature CrocsLock tread, which provides slip resistance that exceeds industry standards. Please note that while they are slip-resistant, they are not entirely slip proof. Please use general caution as you would with any other shoe.
