This review was prompted by a "Return to Crocs" email I received, and a subsequent interchange I had with their customer service dept., who suggested I write a review.
I really liked the standard Croc when it first came out; comfortable and practical (you can wash them while you shower!), and available in a tasteful olive green (which their marketing geniuses called "army green"). I've worn through several pairs of Crocs over the years (I had different pairs for wearing in the house, while out, while working in the garage, etc. - all olive green), but stopped buying them since that green was discontinued and replaced by these horrible eyesore greens (either too bright or too blue - who knows how they're chosen). I tried the milky coffee-coloured ones for a while, but I'm sick of the sight of them. They don't even have an acceptable brown or tan available. I wore Crocs because they were a good practical shoe. I certainly don't want to have to face these hideous (fashionable?) colours currently offered.
So no more Crocs for me, then.
