I loved the original Scutes and was looking forward to trying the Duet Scutes. I have wide feet and the original Scutes fit great. Unfortunately the new Duet Scutes are too narrow and actually hurt my feet bad. After wearing them for 2-3 days my little toe started tingling and it wouldn't stop. Then I lost all feeling in that toe. I quit wearing the Duet Scutes and the feeling (mostly) has come back after about 5 days. Yikes! On the bright side, there is a newer Slide that fits great. Get yourself a pair of the Crocs Prepair Slide II sandals. They are great for wide feet and more comfortable than the original Scutes. I'm using those now as my daily wearing footwear.
