I received these as a gift for Christmas. The stitching on the front toe came undone after wearing the boots sledding with my daughter. I have bought about a dozen Crocs shoes over the past years and have been happy until now. I understand that quality issues will happen but I don't like the fact that I have to pay for shipping a defective product back to the manufacturer and I have no option to receive replacement shoes. The size I wear is out of stock. I am very disappointed.
