Son likes them - Daughter LOVES them.
Shoe is great for school and gym approved. Very comfortable and since we live in a warm climate, okay for winter school days. Would not recommend for outside play on cold, wet days. Canvas is durable but not quite as thick as I would have liked. My son has a hard time getting them on. The canvas wants to stay under his heel and he struggles to get them up over the heel. My daughter (9) is two years older, has the purple ones and has no problem. This is the only reason I did not rate 5 stars.

Daughter loves shoe - son says they're okay
