Son loved the shoe the strap broke within one month!! took very long to receive a response...I purchased these at a local store..the best crocs could do is issue me a gift card which just resulted in me spending more since the store nor did crocs have the same shoe to replace nd no local crocs store around the store I purchased them at would not take the crocs card bt sold the item.. end of story bad business sad child! never again........
