I was really excited to get these boots...but was really disappointed. The left boot had a lump and a seam that ran right underneath the left heel making them very uncomfortable...I'm sure it must have been a manufacturer's defect but I had a second problem - the right boot didn't fit correctly. The place where the lacing starts sits too low and rubbed against the top of my foot. I have to say I was pretty disappointed that I had to mail them back - but then was annoyed to find out that I had to pay the return shipping...Really?
