I decided to get these instead of the other more common rain boot, like you find at Fred Meyer or Target, because I found that those always ended up cracking and I want a boot that my boys can pass down. They do fit a little big, like the classic Croc clog, but they haven't had any problems with them coming off or tripping when they run. We have worn them several times now and no complaints from my boys (3
