I got these to wear around the house during my third trimester. Usually I hate to wear shoes at home, but going barefoot was putting too much strain on my arches and I had to do something about the pain. These are a great compromise, providing enough shock absorption and arch support to ease the discomfort, but without making my feet feel confined. I wish I'd ordered them sooner.
