I bought these shoes as a Fall transition shoe for work. I love them. They run small, and are narrow. I am usually an 8, but I wish I had gotten an 8.5. I have broken them in, and they fit fine now, but it took a few days to really break them in. Buy a half size bigger than your normal size, and it should work. The heel is perfect. Tall but chunkier so they are easy to walk in. I love all the padding Crocs does. Great arch support. There is a pad underneath the toes that bothers me. I do take them off when I am sitting at my desk. Still love these shoes though.
