This is a good pair of high heels. Very comfortable. True to size I wear a size 7 or 71/2, I ordered 71/2 and it fits perfectly on my feet. I am also high arch and the strap did not bother me. However, since I don't usually wear high heels and I'm a bit heavy, my feet cannot bear the weight of my whole body, my feet gets numb. Well, I guess it's not the shoes fault! :)
