we love crocs, and we love these shoes in principle. we bought 2 pairs for our two daughters. both had a charm pop out without realizing it within the first week of having them (never to be found again!). and, the detail around the shoe is painted on in very poor quality. the paint started peeling almost immediately. with that said, however, both girls still like their shoes and they have found them to be comfortable. i just wish we didn't have to go through the 'dramas' of losing a charm and peeling paint. otherwise, they would have been a 5/5 for us!
