I love these!
These clogs are great if you're standing on your feet all day. Very comfortable, with a cushy footbed, which is what I like about the Crocs work shoes line. I highly recommend them.

Runs very small. Sizing is way off
I think I would have liked the shoe if I could get it on my foot. Runs too small. Crocs has got to do something about their sizing. A size 7 should fit like a size 7 regardless of the style of shoe, clog, sandal, or boot...if one style fits, they should all fit. It's getting expensive shipping these back every time the sizing is off.
They look so comfortable...but they're not
It's like wearing lightweight wooden clogs- it's that simple. They look like slippers, and I thought they would be warm and soft, but instead they are by far the most unyielding, uncomfortable Crocs I've ever bought. I'll be returning them. Don't be fooled by the quilted, puffy look- there is nothing snuggley about them. The basic and RX Crocs clogs are so much more comfortable and have a softer footbed.

Rx Custom Clouds were stiff and uncomfortable
I don't understand why the reviews are so great for these clogs. I found them to be stiff, uncomfortable, inflexible and lacking a good cushion effect, especially around the heel. And they're very "orthopedic-looking" too, but I was willing to put up with it if they were comfortable. The double straps were another drawback, but at least they can be removed. I returned them, and will replace them with a different pair of Crocs. I'm hoping that the next pair I try will help me out more with my plantar fasciitis. These just seemed to aggravate the problem.
