I bought two pairs of Shirley shoes for my 3 year old this summer. Unfortunately, I did not read reviews prior to my purchase, because we experienced the same problem that many people complained about. The sensitive skin on the inside of her foot, where the inside hinge is, rubbed causing blisters. This problem was remedied with socks, but the whole idea of this cute summer sandal was to be able to throw them on in the summer without socks. I have been a satisfied Crocs customer for years, and was very disappointed with the quality of this particular shoe.
