Great for foot problems!
I have a near-debilitating back injury that affects my legs and feet. I bought these Ultimate Clouds after purchasing and wearing Rx Custom Clouds for the past several months. I bought them only to have another pair of shoes to wear to work on concrete floors. The fit is true to size, not something I can always says about Crocs. The footbed is extremely conforming and comfortable and doesn't require my custom orthotics to feel great. I'll most likely buy another pair in another color and give away the AWFUL Yukon shoes I made the mistake of buying a few months ago. The footbed in those was completely flat and unwearable. Completely different from the Yukon clogs, which are great!

Great clogs but won't stay on my feet
Ordered the Prepair Clog based upon the arch support. The footbed is as comfortable as any of my 10 various styles of Crocs, including the Rx Custom Clouds which were among my first purchase because of a back injury. The Prepairs are great except for one very annoying problem - the strap will NOT stay up on my heel to keep the Clogs on my foot and I conintunuously walk out of them. Why Crocs chose to put a "gummy bear" strap on this clog is a mystery, but it's too loose and no way to adjust. The problem may be due to the fact that the clog runs extra large. Could be the BEST clog Crocs makes if they can fix the problem.

What great work shoes!
I have a ruptured disc which causes me leg and foot pain. I've decided that Crocs are the only footwear that provides me relief. After trying several styles, MOST of which are extremely comfortable, I was happy to discover this style for work. Not only are they among the most comfortable Crocs I now own, but the soles are super grippy if you work on slippery surfaces and the gray has a metallic sheen that I think is really cool. These would have been perfect atire for the cast of the Tron movies! My only problem with these shoes is the styling of the toe box.

Watch out!
These shoes are not like regular Crocs. They have a completely FLAT insole despite what the Technology tab shows. And they don't allow room for insertion of the Crocs removable insole from Rx Clouds or any other orthotic. Comfort is a disappointment with these non-Crocs. Also, collar is very cheaply made with loose strings fraying
