Wanted to love it
These are so stinking cute. I got the adorable bubblegum pink ones because I simple loved the idea of a preppy pink slip-on sneaker. And throw in Croc comfort? Yes please. They are so light-weight, which is lovely.
But...
Hopefully, it's just the pair I received. They feel cheap. As in, discount store/should've paid only a few bucks-cheap. The first thing I noticed when I put them on was something was hurting my foot. The seam where canvas upper is sewn to sole has a few frayed threads sticking up. The glue used to secure the shoe made the threads scratch and poke around my foot. I wish I could post a picture so it'd make more sense. But simply taking a few steps was enough for me to sadly take them off. And they're not craddling, conforming comfortable like other Crocs, just moderately cushiony. Also, and this is not a deal-breaker for me (but...), the right shoe is "imperfect". The toe of the shoe isn't straight across like the left, it's crooked and I could feel it rubbing when I walked. I considered just wearing no-show socks to overlook the scratchy seams, but the slightly crooked toe would still rub and probably blister even through socks. I can't returen them (no receipt/packaging/don't want to pay shipping), so I'll have to make them work somehow.
I L.O.V.E my many Crocs, but this model just wasn't happy-feel-good-Crocs to me. Better luck to other owners.
