First time I heard Crocs made dress shoes, I envisioned the old-school ugly Crocs, with a wedge. It was *hideous*.
These, however, are attractive, comfortable, and they feel really well made. They're a little higher in the heel than I wear most of the time, but they feel incredibly sturdy so I haven't had problems with them yet. They make that satisfying hollow click a pair of heels should when you wear them, even.
If I have any complaints it's that I had to size up and then get heel strips and spacers to make my feet fit perfectly, because they don't make a wide enough shoe. Also, my toes slide forward just a smidge into the toebox, because the inner surface isn't very level. That seems like a little thing, but it can get uncomfortable after a while.
My favorite part of this shoe is the sheer comfort of them. It's not very often you get a devoted barefoot girl like me to cheerfully wear heels, keep them on for the entire day, and then get sad when I don't have an excuse to wear them again. They are literally the most comfortable dress shoes I've ever worn. And they look both classic and expensive. I can see wearing these for years to come.
