Not As Comfy As It Looks
I was so excited to order these when the first came out. I assumed because the sole was so thick, they would be extra cushy like the Athena flop flops. However when I tried them on, they weren't as comfortable as they looked. The sole was not cushy when I walked around in them. The strap is a nice feature BUT is not adjustable. Hopefully Crocs will improve the design and come up with a Mary Jane II.

Very Trendy
First of all, the molded look is not for everyone. I personally think it's very trendy and edgy. I got the dark purple color which is very dark and would go well with jeans. However I already have so many pairs of crocs that I couldn't see myself wearing these everyday so for that reason only I returned them.
Comfort-wise, these are about the same as the animal print flats (more comfortable than all my non-croc flats), but not as comfortable as the kadee style flats. However, these are more dressy so it depends on what you are looking for.
I also got these for $20 during a sale. I don't think they are worth the regular price.
Good Office Flats
I have the original Lily. I didn't like them at first because they are not as comfortable as the Malindi or Olivia but they are growing on me now that I use them as my office flats. The black material is much more formal looking than other Croc flats therefore perfect for work. Mine are broken in after wearing them for a year. I even wore them on a short hike on a paved trial after work without my feet hurting.
So if you need a pair of all purpose office flats, these are a good option.
Cute Alternative To the Original Crocs Clogs
These are like of the cute version of the original Crocs clogs. I think the originals are ugly and would never wear them but I got the Carlie Mary Jane because they are narrower, therefore cuter. The black material is more like a transparent dark gray. They are very casual looking and comfortable. My only issue with these is that my feet gets sweaty in them if I don't wear socks. So I wear them with thin socks. They doesn't quite fit with the thicker SmarWool socks I wear in winter. I found the shoe to be true to size.
I like how the sole is a little thicker than styles like the Kadee. I'm not that tall so any extra height is welcomed.
