First, I am typically a "Crocs Size 7" (if you are a regular Crocs buyer, you will know that a Size 7 is really an American 8). This boot actually runs to a true size. I "took one for the team!" and bought one in a Size 7 and on win a Size 8. The 8 fits. I have a high instep and I have to pull my foot in but once it is in, it fits fine. I won't be able to wear heavy socks with these though. If I want to wear heavy socks, I will go for a 9 next time. I am thinking of buying the Cobbler High Boot next in a 9 for winter socks?
I bought the brown and the black and both have a great suede look and the typical Crocs look on the bottom layer. I don't have any issue with the red and purple zippers on the backs (very thin and not very noticeable if anyone is worried about that). I am excited to try them out.I just moved back from the West after 17 years so I needed some, warm, comfy boots. I have thin calves so there is plenty of room even with jeans. And lastly, I have a semi-wide foot and they are just fitting width-wise.
