Product Warranty

Crocs are covered by a 180 day warranty. The warranty for Crocs Footwear applies to defects in materials and workmanship for 180 days from the date of receipt of product. Upon return of defective merchandise, it will be inspected, evaluated, replaced or exchanged in a timely manner.
