Exchange and Return Policy

  1. 1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn items for a one time exchange or refund within 45 days from date of purchase provided they are in a resalable condition and the original receipt is presented.

  2. 2. If there is a quality issue with your purchase, you may return it for a ONE TIME EXCHANGE ONLY for an item of equivalent value provided the original receipt is presented. No refund of difference if price of the new item is lower than the original item.

  3. 3. Items marked “SALE” and/or items on Promotion cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  4. 4. Purchases made from Crocs’ online store can only be refunded or exchanged online. A valid online order number would be required. Refer to returns instruction to start your refund / exchange.

Please note that exchange requests will be subject to product availability.

For items deemed subject to fair wear and tear, accidental damages or misuse, it will not be accepted as faulty. Crocs Singapore has the right to assess the condition of returned goods prior to offering customer a one-time exchange.

Items deemed faulty by Crocs will be exchanged (subject to availability) or refunded. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Crocs Singapore shall be final and conclusive.

All online purchase may not be exchanged or returned at Crocs retail stores.
