Exchange and Return Policy
Crocs Singapore will provide a one-time free exchange, or refund for full priced items, subject to the following conditions:
the purchase was made from our website, www.crocs.com.sg
the items must be in a resaleable condition, unworn and with tags still attached.
the items are returned to Crocs within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that exchange requests will be subject to product availability.
Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchanges or refund.
For items deemed subject to fair wear and tear, accidental damages or misuse, it will not be accepted as faulty. Crocs Singapore has the right to assess the condition of returned goods prior to offering customer a one-time exchange.
Items deemed faulty by Crocs will be exchanged (subject to availability) or refunded. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Crocs Singapore shall be final and conclusive.
All online purchase may not be exchanged or returned at Crocs retail stores.
