Exchange and Return Instructions

To exchange your product, you will need to login into your account to generate an Exchange and Return process through www.crocs.com.sg. You must generated the process within 45 days of your order date. Webstore exchange policy will apply.

Steps for the return process (registered customers):

Please read the Exchange and Return Policy before you proceed.

Step 1:

Log in to your account using your email and password. Select ‘Return an item’ under ‘My Account’ at the top of the screen. Select the order number which corresponds with the shoes you are returning.

Step 2:

Select from the list one of the reasons for exchange.

Step 3:

Fill in ‘the comment’, the address you want the shoes to be picked up from, specify a Preferred Date and Pickup time that is within 7 days of purchase.

Steps for the return process (unregistered customers):

Step 1:

Select "Order Status" at the top right of the screen. Fill in the Order Number & Last name (of billing address).

Step 2:

Select the shoe that you want to return by checking the box. Select from the list one of the reasons for exchange.

Step 3:

Fill in ‘the comment’, the address you want the shoes to be picked up from, specify a Preferred Date and Pickup time that is within 7 days of purchase.

* We will arrange for courier service to pick up the shoes. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

Please allow 24hrs to process your Exchange and Return request and a courier will be available at your selected Preferred Date & Pickup Time.
