Hover Slip-on

bought these for my husband to take travelling. very light comfy shoe. he said he doesnt expect to get blisters as nothing is rubbing. only downfall is he gets sweaty feet in them so just has to wear socks and all is good:)

Whilst this shoe is very comfortable (although I did experience blisters from rubbing on heels for the first week or so, even though I was wearing my normal socks) I am disappointed with the durability. I have wide feet and with most shoes have an issue with cushioning resulting in ankle pain. Since I love my clog style Crocs I decided to try the Hover Slip-On as a walking shoe. It offers great cushioning and don't experience any pain. However I don't feel the material the sole is made with is as durable as the clog material. I wore them for a maximum of one hour, once a day for a month and am about to wear a hole through at the balls of my feet. The canvas upper looks almost brand new, which is unfortunate as the sole now renders them useless. If you intend to wear them around the house, or on short outings I think these would be great. If there could be a more durable material added to the bottom, to offer protection whilst maintaining the cushioning of the existing material I would purchase this shoe again. A wider range of colours would also be great.

Have just taken delivery of my second pair of these. Love 'em. The fist pair wore out after constant use.
