Exchange and Return Instructions

To exchange your product, you will need to login into your account to generate an Exchange and Return process through www.crocsaustralia.com.au. You must generate the process within 14 days of your order date. Webstore exchange policy will apply.
Steps for the return process (registered customers):

Please read the Exchange and Return Policy before you proceed.
Step 1:
Log in to your account using your email and password. Select ‘Return an item’ under ‘My Account’ at the top of the screen. Select the order number which corresponds with the shoes you are returning.
Step 2:
Select from the list one of the reasons for exchange.
For reasons listed in 3 and 4, Please state reasons and submit the request. Our customer service team will get back to you with a unique returns number and our returns address as soon as possible.
If your reasons are not listed within the exchange policy,
Step 3:
1. Please state your reason for exchange in the comment box.
2. Our Customer Service team will be in touch with you to verify your request and provide you with designated return address. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
Steps for the return process (unregistered customers):

Step 1:
Select "Order Status" at the top right of the screen. Fill in the Order Number & Last name (of billing address).
Step 2:
Select the shoe that you want to return by checking the box. Select from the list one of the reasons for exchange.
If your reasons are not listed within the exchange policy,
Step 3:
1. Please state your reason for exchange in the comment box.
2. Our Customer Service team will be in touch with you to verify your request and provide you with a unique returns number & designated return address. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
**Please note Crocs office and retail stores do not accept any returns/exchanges of purchases made online. Kindly adhere to the Exchange/Return instructions accordingly to ensure your requests are being processed promptly.
