Return Instructions

To return your product, you will need to initiate a RETURN process within 45 days of your order date.

Registered Customers:
Step 1:
Log in to your account using your e-mail address and password.
Go to ‘My Account’. Under ‘Order History' section, click on ‘details, tracking & returns’ corresponding to the item you wish to return.
Step 2:
Select from the list one of the reasons for return - and fill in any additional comments you might have.
Step 3:
Mail the shoes back to:
  CROCS AUSTRALIA
  CLAIMS & RETURNS DEPARTMENT
  RMA-(Your order # ending with CAU) - (Your full name)

Guest Users:
Step 1:
Go to 'Order return form'
Fill in the 'Order Number' & 'Last Name' (of shipping addressee).
Step 2:
Select from the list one of the reasons for return - and fill in any additional comments you might have.
Step 3:
Mail the shoes back to:

  CLAIMS & RETURNS DEPARTMENT
  RMA-(Your order # ending with CAU) - (Your full name)

Note: Return shipping is non-refundable. Please allow 2 weeks processing time. Crocs retail stores do not accept any returns of purchases made online. Kindly follow the 'Return instructions' to ensure your request is processed promptly.
