Just got these ... but they're very comfortable so far! Not sure how the durability will be but we'll see!

LOVE LOVE LOVE
I LOVE these shoes. They don't make your feet sweat and are super comfy. I did have shoes for crews clogs before and the only thing I can say about that is that the crocs non slip bottom is just OK. Shoes for crews def wins on the non slip bottoms for sure but crocs beat them in comfort. You will not regret this purchase. I have only had mine for two months now but have not had any issues with the sole falling off as another reviewer had stated. This is my first pair of crocs but I tend to have sweaty feet so that's why I got the vented ones. BUY THEM!

Work Bistro Vent Clog
This shoe for me was true to size and was comfortable the first time I put them on. I work on my feet for up to 8 hours and these shoes can handle it.

Love. These. Shoes.
I have worn Crocs as work shoes for more than 10 years and I LOVE these. I'm a nurse, and work 12 hour shifts, and my feet and legs NEVER hurt after a shift. Many of my co-workers have those crazy expensive shoes that are supposed to be designed for nurses and I hear all about their sore feet and how they have to switch shoes mid-shift because they are still "breaking in" their new work shoes - I love knowing that I spent more than $100 less for my shoes and can comfortably wear them for the whole shift from day one! Benefits of this particular shoe? The non-skid sole is a must - regular Crocs are way too slippy-slidey on wet floors, and the side holes are a great improvement over the non-vent Bistros. My feet still feel sweaty, but not nearly as bad as with my last pair of non-vented. These still meet our dress code, since they don't have top holes and have a strap (so they aren't technically "clogs" per our code). It's also very handy to be able to dump these in sink and submerge them in bleach without ruining them if I get something nasty on them at work! Just FYI - I have a co-worker who ordered the same shoes, and says that they hurt the tops of her feet. I haven't had that issue, but she has a higher arch than me.
