Women’s Huarache Mini Wedge

These are super cute and would be perfect with so many different summer outfits (in black, for me), but I'm a little worried about keeping them. The heel strap rests so low on my heel that it's aggravating and constantly feels like it's on the edge of slipping off, and that's just wearing them on carpet in my house. I wish the strap was attached a little more forward to the front of the shoe (similar to the picture of the junior/girls Huarache sling-back...could they just make those for women, please?) and not just on the edge of the heel. They also don't feel as supportive/comfortable in the arch as the Huarache flip-flop. I am still debating on whether or not to return them, after reading the other reviews about the heel loosening up after a couple of hours of wearing them. Hmmm...

These are just as cute on as in the pics. Friends purchased them after seeing mine. I do wish I would have ordered an 8. I am a 7.5 and ordered the 7 and it is a bit snug/small but it works fine. I have worn them to events when I was on my feet and walking for hours - comfy.

So, they came, I was thrilled, I wore them for a couple of blocks, all was well. Then when I came back, the back started slipping off my foot, and the toes starting pinching. So sad. I've worn them twice more, and the backs always seem to slip after a while. I'm hoping the front straps start loosening a little as I wear them; otherwise it will be solo sad, cause I love the heel height and the design and the colors.
