User background: I have very wide feet and wear size 11, 4D-4E width shoes. I wear size 13 Beach Crocs just to have the appropriate width in the toebox. Pros: Very comfortable shoes that work as smart casual/office casual footwear. The leather upper layer is incredibly soft, and the combination construction allows the shoe to mold to my extra wide feet. An added bonus of the vents down the side help keep my feet ventilated and cool. Since I have the black Tidelines, black socks pretty much make the vents go unnoticed unless someone is looking closely. They are also surprisingly light. Of course, the standard Croc soles make this one of the most comfortable shoes I currently own. Cons: The shoes run a little narrow and a little small compared to the basic crocs of the same size. However, the softness of the material mostly prevents this from being an issue. The only concern is that the material around the top of the back/heel/counter is a little hard and scrapes my Achilles a little. Socks mitigate this, though, and I'm hoping that further wear and breaking in will take care of it for good. Overall: Good, balanced pair of shoes. Incredibly comfortable and breathable. Minor issues with the back/heel/counter, but easily mitigated with socks.

I bought these for my dad's birthday. I wanted him to have stylish yet comfortable shoes and I knew Crocs was the place to go for this. I had the help of my mom to pick out the style. He loves them! Gets tons of compliments on them from the younger/hipper crowd. He's in his late 60's and I wanted to make sure he always stays stylish. Now he can think of his daughter when he wears his crocs and know he is loved!

My husband is not a dress shoe kind of guy. I could never find one he liked, was comfortable and also fit his high instep. this shoe is awesome. He is on his feet alot. It looks dressy enough to wear with slacks, bt ohhhh so comfortable. He loves this shoe!

I recently visited NYC during the hotest week of the year. The Tideline was the only real shoe I took on the trip along with a pair of flip flops. I wore the Tidelines everywhere, walking at times for hours in the heat. My feet never ached, no hot spots, no blisters, just cool comfort. I was concerned because there isn't much arch support but it never seemed to matter. It was next to being barefoot. MY wife just ordered me another pair, but not because the first pair are worn out just in a different color.
